The role
As a IT Support Technician, you will be a confident, well-organised individual with an eye for detail and key focus on providing exceptional IT service support and systems delivery across our client base.
Responsibilities
- Provide 2st and 3rd line remote and on-site support
- Install, provision and configure IT systems
- Deliver technical projects in a timely manner, meeting agreed timescales
- Provide in depth user support
- Set up and maintain the appropriate client site documentation for each designated client
- Provide outstanding customer service to a vast client base
Experience
- Previous experience as an engineer for a Managed Service Provider is advantageous
- Experience of installing and supporting server hardware
- Knowledge and experience of phone systems such as Gamma Horizon /3CX / Microsoft Teams
- Experience with the following technologies:
- Virtualisation Technologies
- Microsoft Windows Desktop Operating Systems
- Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems
- Microsoft 365
- Microsoft Azure
- Amazon AWS
- Antivirus
- Backup Solutions
- Router and firewall troubleshooting
